Babinicz Restaurant is a continuous realization of dreams of healthy and good food based on the highest quality ingredients. This is a great challenge, which is to create a unique cuisine in a unique place, for exceptional people who are all our guests. We want to please the palate of everyone who decides to visit us. We believe that you will leave us only to come back as soon as possible. Thanks to our constant pursuit of self-improvement and continuous improvement of our offer, the Babinicz Restaurant has already been honored four times in the prestigious Gault & Millau Yellow Guide; in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019.

Rafał Grzegorzek is a young, extremely talented and titled chef who has gained his experience, among others in the Warsaw restaurant Amber Room and Décompresja in Hotel Dr Irena Eris & Spa in Polanica-Zdrój. Winner of the Polish Culinary Cup in 2015 and finalist of the sixth edition of the Top Chef program. In 2019, he was nominated in the Young Talent category of the prestigious Gault & Millau guide.

In our offer you will find fresh fish, e.g. carp, pike, zander as well as wild dorada, sea bass or mullet. We offer live lobsters and oysters, fresh squid and shrimp, and mussels. All dishes are prepared directly on site to ensure the best quality and meet the expectations of our guests. 

Every day our confectioners prepare desserts based on fresh seasonal ingredients. Unusual sweet flavors are available both on the menu card and in the Swiss café. We encourage you to be surprised by unobvious flavors that you do not yet know.

They are created for people who use a vegetarian and vegan diet on a daily basis, but also for those who are looking for new flavors and culinary experiences in our restaurant.

The chef's bold culinary experiment in the form of a tasting menu is available on request and only after prior reservation. The original menu is composed especially for each meeting. We always prepare them with seasonal, fresh ingredients. The tasting menu is a series of several dishes that surprise and arouse unique emotions. Unexpected compositions of flavors, aromas, textures and forms of administration are pure pleasure on your plate. We are open to any suggestions regarding the tasting menu. We are always happy to discuss individual suggestions before ordering and we will adapt to your wishes. We invite you to experience an unforgettable culinary adventure.

In the Babinicz restaurant our hotel guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast every day. On the breakfast table you can find, among others cold cuts from our pantry, fresh vegetables, cheese from local producer "Wańczyk", olive oil or scrambled eggs prepared on site. There will be selections of fruits, delicious jams and natural juices, which we prepare ourselves from fresh fruit and vegetables. This is our recommendation for a morning vitamin supplement.
